Love this! It's a great idea. I would love to see variations on this such as rainbow colored ones or see them in neon orange! Those would really stick out! 
It would be a great way to mark a whole group's worth of luggage in all the same color for cheap. Is there going to be a tutorial available? I would love to make these for future trips.
